Before your first appointment, we’ll invite you for a consultation where we’ll discuss your dream look, using face shape profiling and personality testing to tailor your style into something you’ll love.
You’ll then be welcomed at our glamorous cutting bar where you can soak up our tranquil community atmosphere while our Alchemists transform your hair. Throughout your appointment, you’ll also have full access to our concierge service where whatever you need, whether it be a drink or magazine, is just one click away via our app.

Terms: We do not undertake the cutting of children’s hair under the age of 16. We are a gender-neutral salon, and all prices are set due to hair length and not gender. All new client’s first appointments will be booked as a restyle to allow your Alchemist ample time to plot out your hair journey.
Frequently asked Question
During your consultation, your stylist will work with you to plan out your hair journey. This will include face shape profiling, discussing styles that you like, personality traits and stylist ideas and recommendations. We’ll then take images of your existing hair so you can see the transformation after your appointment, as well as reveal some of our product recommendations.
If you’re also joining us for colour services, your consultation will include colour matching and colour choices.
Everything will then be finalised in your consultation guide, including details on the time and price involved.
If you have any pictures of styles you like, then please bring these to your consultation – they’ll help our Alchemists create a look that you’ll love!
We use Pureology, Kerastase and Redken products in our treatments.
All of our cuts include a shampoo and wash.
We recommend that you should revisit every 6-8 weeks to maintain your style. However, depending on how fast your hair grows and your specific hair type, it may be longer or shorter. You’re Alchemist will be able to advise you during your appointment when will be best to rebook.
After around 6 weeks, hair may begin to lose its shape and style due to hair growth, so it’s best to return regularly to ensure your hair keeps its flawless appearance.
While each and every one of our Alchemists is fully qualified and incredibly talented, some may have been in the industry for longer and have acquired specialist qualifications. So, when you sit in their chair, you’ll be benefiting from years of artistic development!
