By entering the prize draw or competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the general terms and conditions of entry as specified below, any terms and conditions specific to the given prize draw or competition, and our privacy policy.
Eligibility
- Prize draws and competitions are only open to NZ residents aged 18 and over unless otherwise specified.
- Prize draws are open to all residents of NZ, except Cecily Day Spa and Alchemy & I employees and their immediate families.
Entries
- Only one entry per person. Spammers (people or machines with multiple entries) will be disqualified.
- No purchase is necessary to enter any prize draw or competition. By entering the prize draw or competition, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy.
Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- We reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
Personal Information
- When you enter a competition on our website, we ask for your name, email address, and address.
- If you enter a competition on one of our social media channels and you are the winner, we will ask for your email address.
- We use this information so that we can contact you and arrange for your prize to be sent out to you (i.e., so we can perform our contract with you) and also because it is necessary for our legitimate interests to study how customers use our products/services, to develop them, and grow our business.
Redemption of Prizes
- When dates are specified in relation to the redemption of the prize, they cannot be altered.
- We are not liable in any way to any winner who cannot attend on or within the set date(s).
Notifications and Deadlines
- Winners will be notified by email.
- Winners have five working days (Monday to Friday only) to respond to the email or another winner will be drawn.
Selection of Winners
- Winners are selected at random.
Additional Conditions
- We will not accept responsibility for failed entries due to technical fault.
- The winner is responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements unless stated otherwise.
