Your Alchemy & I experience will begin as soon as you step through our doors where a member of our concierge team will welcome you. They’ll introduce you to your dedicated Alchemist and will take your order for any food or drinks that you may want to order.
They’ll remain available throughout your visit for further drinks orders, or if you’d like to request magazines or phone chargers. Either speak to your Alchemist or download the Alchemy & I app and scan the QR code at your station where you can select anything you may need.
If you’re enjoying your very first hair appointment with us, your Alchemist will start by talking through what you’re looking to achieve with your hair. They’ll combine your preferences and vision with colour matching, face shape profiling and personality testing to create a bespoke style that suits you down to a tee.
Together, you’ll then plan out your hair journey. For significant changes, for example, changing from light to dark, your vision may take shape over a couple of appointments; however, this will all be run through with you on the day.
Your transformation will then begin. From our blow dry bar to our tranquil back-wash bar, you can expect a glamorous pamper from start to finish. Once your service has finished, you’ll be given plenty of time to finish off your drink, and your Alchemist will discuss aftercare products before taking payment and booking your next appointment.
Please note that for our colour services, you will also be asked to do a patch test up to 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.
Your Alchemist will show you either to our soothing treatment rooms or our plush manicure and pedicure bars. At the start of your allocated treatment time, your Alchemist will run through a consultation form to check for any contraindications or allergies. You’ll then be given the privacy to get yourself comfortable, and your pampering will begin.
Following your treatment, you’ll be provided with a refreshing drink and will be given plenty of time to get dressed should you need it. Your Alchemist will then run through your aftercare and will discuss recommended products before taking payment and booking your next appointment.

We want everyone to have a truly exquisite experience while they’re at Alchemy & I. To ensure everyone can fully relax and unwind, we would kindly ask our clients to keep in mind the following when they visit us.
We have created a salon environment to give you and other clients a relaxing time. Because of this, we have a no children under the age of 16 policy. This strict policy is not just for health and safety purposes, but it gives others the chance to truly unwind.
As with our children policy, we also have a no pets policy. This excludes service dogs.
During your visit, we ask that you keep your phone on silent/vibrate. If you do need to use your phone during your visit, please use a quiet voice to ensure others can continue to relax.
Access to all salon facilities is exclusively reserved for guests with an appointment for treatments, a Spa Experience reservation or an Alchemy Beauty Reservation.
A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. A late arrival could shorten your appointment time or require you to reschedule for another time.
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time, depending on length/thickness of hair (this will be discussed and confirmed before your service begins).
Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
